We are currently seeking a Marketing/Project Manager to work primarily onsite with our client located in Chadds Ford, PA. This is a hybrid work situation; 3 days in the office is required. This person will provide consultative support regarding marketing, communication, and compliance guidance to both internal and external customers. Candidate will provide process capabilities and solutions for clients' marketing activities and programs.
The ideal candidate will:
· Collaborate with our client’s agencies to gain awareness of all planned digital and print materials, drop shipments, and fulfillment/distribution activities.
· Coordinate all distribution needs including material ordering and removal requests; ensure Food and Drug Administration Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) compliance submission to Incyte Regulatory Affairs.
· Provide oversight for and enforcement of the client’s regulatory/compliance guidelines to promote industry best practices.
· Show proficiency in creating applicable metrics and the associated analysis for business reviews and effectively support brand launches.
· Have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Using various systems, Analyze and Provide inventory guidance.
· Be strategically focused in his/her idea generation.
· Have strong project management skills.
